Participants in the National Youth Media Program, in its third session, stressed the importance of the role that the creative media plays in strengthening the position of the institution to which he belongs.

They said that the success of media organizations is not only measured by their financial capabilities, but also by the number of creative people working in them, stressing the need for the young journalist to have basic skills and to be aware of global trends in the media.

A group of Arab and foreign media professionals and experts, within local, regional and international media institutions, participated in the program - organized by the Dubai Press Club, in cooperation with the Watani Al Emarat Foundation, remotely, to discuss the reality of the publishing sector, the prospects for its development, and the challenges facing the media sector in general. The experiences of its young media personnel, informing them of the best experiences and practices, and encouraging them to acquire the necessary media skills and tools, through a platform concerned with enhancing the exchange of experiences in media fields.

In a session entitled "Searching for Competencies and Creators", the writer Abdulrahman Al-Rashed spoke, through his long experience in media management, about media institutions' search for creative people among thousands of young people working in the media field.

During the session, Al-Rashed discussed the importance of the creative and talented elements of media institutions, their ability to make a difference in the labor market, what media institutions can give to these young cadres, and what they can do to excel in this most competitive field.

The session also dealt with the competition of major media organizations, at the regional and international levels, to attract creative people in the field of media, as “the value of institutions is no longer measured by the extent of their capabilities, infrastructure, and the volume of investments that have been pumped into them, but today it is also measured today by the number of innovators who can make a difference and achieve successes. ».
