If US President Trump loses in the November presidential election, it is likely to face difficulties due to various civil and criminal lawsuits.

President Trump has responded to lawsuits and investigations by the judicial authorities against him with the ``legal status of the president'', but it is expected that if he fails to re-election, his shield will disappear and he will face a lot of trouble.

According to CNN, New York's Manhattan District Attorney is conducting an extensive investigation into Trump's family business, the Trump Group.

Prosecutors are investigating allegations that the group was involved in the process of handing silence money to women who allegedly had an affair with President Trump in the last presidential election.

It is also known that President Trump and the group committed financial and insurance fraud and tax evasion.

Apart from the Manhattan District Prosecutors' Office, the New York State Prosecutors' Office is also looking into suspicions that the Trump Group has inflated or reduced the value of its assets for lending and tax evasion purposes.

President Trump has also been accused of defamation by saying, "It's not my type," denying the allegations of sexual assault raised by former magazine columnist Jean Carroll.

CNN said that if President Trump fails to be re-election, additional lawsuits could be filed as if it would burst.
