The former councilor of the Popular Party in the San Sebastián City Council
Enrique José Villar Rodríguez de Hinojosa
-Cote Villar-, and an eyewitness to the murder of Gregorio Ordóñez, has died in the last hours, as reported by the president of the Basque PP, Carlos Iturgaiz.
In his personal Twitter account, the popular leader has shown "great sadness" for the death of Cote Villar, whom he stressed was "a good person."
He also recalled that Villar was a PP councilor in the San Sebastián City Council, and
"a witness to the murder of Gregorio Ordóñez,
since the ETA criminal put the gun on his shoulder to shoot Goyo."
Cote Villar was elected councilor of San Sebastián in the elections of June 13, 1999 and a member of the Executive Committee of the PP in Guipúzcoa.
