"The Republic of Armenia and the Republic of Azerbaijan have decided to declare a humanitarian truce on October 18 from 00:00 local time," the Armenian Foreign Ministry quoted Interfax as saying.
Earlier it was reported that Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov discussed the situation in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone during telephone conversations with Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Armenian Foreign Minister Zohrab Mnatsakanyan.
