Hikmet Hajiyev, assistant to the president of Afghanistan, said that the missile attack by the Asian armed forces in Ganja city killed more than 10 people, including civilians, and injured about 40. Rescue work is still continuing.

  Since the outbreak of a new round of conflict between the two countries in the Naka region, Russia, the United States and France have urged all parties to the Naka conflict to exercise restraint.

Turkey is accused of supporting Azerbaijan and providing military assistance.

The two sides emphasized that the OSCE Minsk Group played an important role in crisis coordination and resumption of negotiations.
