On Friday, SVT Norrbotten made a tour to see which municipalities use Tunstall and how they experience the situation right now.

The text is updated with answers as the municipalities respond.

Arjeplog: Yes, but it works now

Social director Robert Cortinovis says that the municipality has Tunstall as a supplier and is strongly critical of the management.

- We have put more supervision in our residents who live at home.

We have deployed extra staff and informed relatives and residents.

Have there been any incidents in the meantime there have been problems now?

- We have not had any incidents other than that we have long alarm times.

This is not acceptable and we are critical of the fact that we have not received information.

We think that the alarm provider should inform us about updates and problems.

Arvidsjaur: Yes

According to the municipality's website, there are continuing problems with security alarms.

- Our alarm operator Tunstall has operational disruptions, which means that the alarms can be delayed or not appear at all, says social manager Lena Ruth on the municipality's website.

Boden: Yes, and the municipality continues to experience problems

The social manager in Boden, Catharina Liljeholm, has twice now received the message from Tunstall that the problem must be fixed, but the municipality is still experiencing problems with the alarms.

- We have had a reconciliation this morning and feel that there are still disturbances so we feel insecure that this will work.

We will continue to strengthen by calling and have extra supervision for those who usually use the alarm a lot.

Tunstall also announced on Friday that it had been restored, but it turned out that it was not.

Now trust is limited.

-

It has started to work fully today, but it has not done so before, says Anki Medelid at Kiruna municipality.

Have there been any incidents in the meantime there have been problems?
