They also sent an email to the police stating that the bomber was the Hells Angels in Norrköping.

Five days before the boys' bomb alarm detonated the large explosive charge on Ådalagatan.

The prosecutor's evidence contained videos and photos taken by the boys themselves showing how they constructed the dummy and then placed it.

Cost NFC 1.3 million

The consequence of the increase was that virtually the entire old garrison area had to be evacuated for several hours.

In addition to the police, there are also the courts, the public prosecutor's office, the National Forensic Center (NFC) and the National Board of Forensic Medicine, as well as housing, restaurants and schools.

NFC alone estimates that the interruption cost them approximately SEK 1.3 million in lost working time for the agency's 400 employees.

It also increased the processing times for their cases.

"Be exactly what was sought"

The district court found the evidence against the 16-year-olds strong and wrote in the verdict:

"Considering that the dummy was placed at the police station and that the perpetrators sent an e-mail to the police about a bomb in Linköping, it appears that the police's action with evacuation and blockades of the area was exactly what NN and XX sought."

One 16-year-old is sentenced to 75 hours of youth service.

The other 16-year-old is sentenced to youth care and 140 hours of youth service.

This is because he was one of two perpetrators who robbed and abused a young man on April 14 this year.
