Finnish Prime Minister leaving European summit due to possible exposure to "Corona"

The Finnish government announced that the Prime Minister, Sana Marin, left the European Union summit in Brussels, as a "precaution", due to her possible exposure to the Corona virus.

Marin was present in the Finnish parliament at the beginning of the week, and near a deputy who was found infected with the Corona virus.

Yesterday, Finnish MP Tom Bacallen, a member of the Grand Committee and the Foreign Affairs Committee, said that the tests showed that he was infected with the virus.

Those who were in contact with him are being tracked.

Marin wrote, on Twitter, that she asked the Swedish Prime Minister, Stefan Löfven, to represent Finland for the rest of the summit that was inaugurated the day before yesterday.

On her return to Finland, Marin will undergo a self-examination and isolation, at her presidential residence.

Marin (34 years) had isolated herself on several occasions this year, but so far she has not contracted the virus.
