Mauro Icardi, injured, will be unavailable for Paris SG's entry into the Champions League against Manchester United on Tuesday, while Marco Verratti and Marquinhos are uncertain, Paris coach Thomas Tuchel announced Thursday.

"We have a bit of bad luck with players because we have Marco Verratti, (Julian) Draxler and Marquinhos injured. They will of course not be with us against Nîmes, there are doubts for Manchester with the three players", said the German coach on the eve of facing the Nîmes (Friday 9:00 p.m. local, 7:00 p.m. GMT) in the French Championship.

"Mauro Icardi was injured Wednesday (from) last week, to the internal ligament of the knee, (it is) not too serious but he has not done any training and he will miss against Nîmes and of course against Manchester" , Tuchel added.

The coronavirus also causes several absences in the Parisian workforce: Ander Herrera, tested positive and placed in solitary confinement, and rookie Danilo Pereira, "contact case" in the Portuguese selection of Cristiano Ronaldo, tested positive.

The defensive midfielder will miss the trip to Nîmes.

Colin Dagba, summoned with the French hopefuls team where Maxence Caqueret has tested positive, will be able to play against Nîmes subject to presenting a third negative test, announced Tuchel.

Thilo Kehrer, still injured, and Angel Di Maria, still suspended in Ligue 1 but eligible for the Champions League, will also be absent in Nîmes, which complicates the choices of Thomas Tuchel before this 7th day of the Championship.
