Earlier, the Belarusian Foreign Ministry handed a note to the Ambassador of Ukraine Igor Kizim because of Zelensky's decree.

On October 4, Zelensky signed a decree on measures to attract IT specialists from Belarus.

According to the decree, the Cabinet of Ministers must extend the period of temporary stay in Ukraine for citizens of Belarus who are entrepreneurs and highly qualified specialists in the field of information technology, as well as their family members, to 180 days a year.
