Last year, Jeremstar was talked about by denouncing a cyberstalking campaign of which he was allegedly the victim.

The Paris prosecutor's office has opened an investigation against the influencer Jeremstar, a star of social networks, following a complaint from a former employee for "hidden work", "harassment" and "racial violence", has learned AFP Thursday.

The investigation was opened on September 23 and entrusted to the first Parisian judicial police district, confirmed the Paris prosecutor's office.

"Degrading remarks" and "public humiliations"

In his complaint filed in mid-July, Bruno Etenna presents himself as having worked "as a director" on "222 videos" between 2012 and 2017 for Jeremstar, Jérémy Gisclon of his real name.

He claims to have "never been declared" nor "paid" for these shootings except for a few meager expenses, which Jeremstar would recognize in his biography.

He also accuses the influencer of "moral harassment", and in particular of having "under cover of humor made degrading remarks" against him, but also of having "publicly humiliated" and regularly in "videos broadcast to the greatest number ".

Bruno Etenna finally accuses Jeremstar of "racial violence", for having burned a lock of his hair with a lighter while accompanying his gesture with the comment "it lives in the savannah this thing", according to him a reference " clear to her skin color ".

Jeremstar is a social media personality and columnist-blogger specializing in reality TV.

He became known for his interviews in a bathtub and became a star of social networks, followed by many fans.

Very popular on Snapchat, he has more than two million subscribers on Instagram, 1.7 million on Twitter and 1.4 million on YouTube.

Last year, Jeremstar released a book about the cyberbullying campaign he says he suffered, after being splashed in 2018 by social media posting of sexual images and filing a rape complaint on a minor against one of his relatives.
