Moral and sexual harassment, physical assault, racist comments, all this incredible behavior is at McDonald's that it happens.

This is what reveals this survey carried out by the journalist of

Streetpress,

Quentin Muller, who collected in particular testimonies, here of the women who tell the sexism in their place of work.

Let the

'beautiful women'

with big breasts go to the cash register.

When you start from this conception of woman, that is to say, she must be shaved, she must put on the skirt and not the pants, the outfits must be as tight as possible and make client, when you start from these extremely macho, degrading conceptions, you understand that then the human resources policy will be violent, racist, homophobic, sexist.

The employee, we want to do what we want with them.

And sometimes it goes to extremes which are totally deplorable from a channel that says loudly in its advertisements

"come as you are" ".

The restaurant chain in a statement ensures fight against all" inadmissible behavior

".

The exhausted employees, grouped around the McDroits collective, have decided to break the law of silence.

They demonstrate this Friday in front of the company's headquarters.

The two surveys conducted by

Mediapar

t and

StreetPress

are based on the testimonies of 78 employees.
