Marseille restaurateurs have a hard time with the announcement of the establishment of a curfew in the metropolis, as in other large cities of the country.
Some of them were gathered in a brasserie Wednesday evening to follow the interview with the president.

Then angry when they realize that their businesses will still suffer huge losses.

Frédéric Jeanjean owns a brewery in the old port.
He has lost half of his income since the start of the year and he feels his profession is paying off for everyone.

had to interpret the elected officials, the prefect, to get rid of the wild market that there was in the Old Port with several thousand people who rubbed shoulders there.
We had people arriving with coolers and selling soda cans right in front of our closed terraces!

Fabrice Jiacalone, owner of a pizzeria, even fears for the future of his establishment.

I am very, very, very worried,” he
says.
The banks are starting to call by saying: the credit that you have been deferred, that you are paying - because we are paying the credit deferrals - that's it, from now on, you have to pay.
We have no state aid, how we can pay the charges, loans, rents.
I just want them to tell us how to do it.

Marseille catering professionals are asking that bars and nightclubs be able to reopen all day.
