The "embrace" and shows how the tiger, standing on its hind legs, holds a conifer in the forest.

- It is a scene that is unlike anything else, a unique insight into an intimate moment deep inside the magical forest, says jury member Rosamund 'Kidman according to a press release.

The "Wildlife Photographer of the Year" award has been developed and produced by the Natural History Museum in London.
