The timing of this trip to Guangdong is intriguing-
The Fifth Plenary Session of the Nineteenth Central Committee of the Communist Party of China will be held soon, and the proposals of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on the "14th Five-Year" plan and long-term goals for 2035 will be reviewed.
This is the third time that General Secretary Xi Jinping has visited Shenzhen after 2012 and 2018.
The key node, three trips to Shenzhen south, also provides a window for the world to observe China's reform and opening up.
In December 2012, General Secretary Xi Jinping, who took over the historical baton after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, came to Qianhai, Shenzhen as the first stop of his inspection tour from Beijing.

"The first stop of my investigation after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was Shenzhen. The general secretary's visit to Shenzhen this time coincides with the 40th anniversary of the establishment of the special economic zone.
