Ryabkov commented on the US condition for the extension of the START treaty

Earlier, the United States announced its readiness to extend the START Treaty with Russia, subject to a temporary freeze of the size of the nuclear arsenals of the two countries.

It was also reported that UN Secretary General Antonio Guterres called on Russia and the United States to immediately extend the START Treaty for five years.
