According to Ludde, the quarrel started with the other student asking if he wanted to fight.

When the answer was no, he was pushed against a wall three times.

Then he ended up on his back on the floor and with the other student over him.

To defend himself, he gives the other student an ear file.

It ends with Ludde getting a hard kick in the head by the other student.

The school nurse did not want to talk to the parents

At the school nurse's, Ludde had to contact her parents herself.

But when they wanted to talk to the nurse, she did not want to answer the phone, according to Ludde.

No one from the school contacted the family and they only got in touch with the school after Ludde had emailed her mentor.

Later in the evening, Ludde chose to call the police himself to report the assault.

- That was the only right thing I felt.

I just wanted to feel safe in the future and letting that go will only get worse.

When I called to make a police report, it was a girl who said that it was very strange that the school did nothing, he says.

Convicted of assault

The student who had fired Ludde was charged.

He does not want to comment on the incident to SVT but in interrogation he says that Ludde made hooks on him and that he pushed Ludde three times but that he did not ask if he wanted to fight.

He says that he got a knee in his stomach and to get rid of it he pulled Ludde down on the ground.

He says that he kicked him like a pure reflex after he got the ear file.

Afterwards, he became sad when he realized that he had hit his face.

He says he has apologized to Ludde.

The district court convicted the schoolmate of assault because he was superior to Ludde from the time they ended up on the floor and that he then kicked Ludde in the head.

The principal does not want to comment on the

 case

Monika Neuman is the principal at Björknässkolan where Ludde goes.

She says that an assessment is made on a case-by-case basis how to handle an assault and that there are routines for how to handle it.

She does not want to comment on Ludde's case.
