"Within the framework of the visit of the President of Ukraine in Turkey from October 15 to 17, it is planned to sign a draft framework military agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the government of the Republic of Turkey," Defense Minister Andriy Taran said during a government meeting.
According to him, the adoption of the document will expand cooperation with Turkey in the military sphere in 21 directions.
In September, Ukraine agreed on military-technical cooperation with Romania.
