Mikael Ståhl owns what is said to be Sweden's largest private collection of international contemporary art.

It contains 450 works of art and the collection focuses on painting and sculpture from the late 1950s until today.

Swedish artists such as Cecilia Edefalk, Ernst Billgren and Lena Cronqvist are represented, as well as international greats such as Louise Bourgeois, Ai WeiWei and Yayoi Kusama.

The art gallery is 1,900 square meters in size and houses a former textile factory - Nyborgs Yllefabrik - by Motala ström, which was built at the turn of the last century.

Today, the newly renovated property also has a large number of homes.
