Alia Al-Amrani Al-Shamsi, the software official at Marshall Inc., said that the company is expected to finish launching the seven satellites that it is currently building within three years, pointing out that the company has booked a container to launch the first "Ghaleb" satellite in 18 Next December.

She told «Emirates Today» that the company specializes in communication and tracking, and uses wireless technologies in tracking, but its range does not exceed 50 to 80 km, so we aim to track for a longer range through the satellites that the company is currently working on.

She added: “The cost of manufacturing satellites is high, but the encouragement of the state’s unlimited leadership for the people of the nation, and the availability of technology and technology for everyone willing to strive and explore, was one of the motives that encouraged the company to implement this big step, in addition to the fact that all satellites were fully engineered and designed. "Inside our offices, we also did not use parts or external suppliers, so the engineering and technology for the main cargo and the structure is local engineering."

Al Shamsi indicated that the company is implementing an integrated project that includes three parts: satellites: the ground station that receives data for analysis and storage, and tracking devices.

She stated that the idea of ​​launching satellites came from the company’s first projects to track falcons, noting that the company is part of the Bin Ghaleb Group of Companies, which is over 38 years old, and operates in the energy, communication, control, business and project sectors, locally and regionally.
