According to Russian Satellite Network, the website of the Krasnoyarsk Border District Bureau of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations announced that about 500 liters of fuel had leaked from a barge to the safety of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. The source said: "From October 9th, due to the leakage of petroleum products into the Angara River, a state of emergency has been implemented within the Kerima District."
The department stated that the force and equipment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were not involved, and the emergency state was implemented by the local government.
The Kerimaa district government stated that preliminary analysis indicated that about 500 liters of diesel fuel flowed into the Angara River.
The regional branch of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations also notified that due to the leakage of petroleum products in the "Northern" enterprise area, the Yukseyevo Village Committee’s Da Murta area has also implemented a state of emergency.
