North Korea also unveiled a new submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM) equipped with six launch tubes developed last year (six extensions) at a ferry ceremony commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Labor Party's founding on the 10th.

On the fuselage of the new SLBM that appeared on North Korean Central TV, a letter presumed to be'North Pole-4A' was stamped.

It is estimated that the diameter is slightly larger than that of the first SLBM, the North Star-1 type, or the North Star-3 type launched last year, and it appears to be mounted on a 3,000 ton class submarine or a 4,000 to 5,000 ton class submarine estimated to be under construction by North Korea.
