In detail, the Hodeidah fronts on the western coast of Yemen witnessed, yesterday, violent battles between the joint forces and the Houthi militia that tried to advance towards the center of Al-Durayhimi district, which prompted the joint to thwart it and prevent its advance and inflict great losses in equipment and lives.

Field sources in the joint forces confirmed that an attempt by the militias had thwarted in the airport sector and Al-Manzhar neighborhood in Al-Hudaydah city, the center of the governorate.

The joint forces carried out a counter-attack on the Houthi militia sites in response to the Houthi attacks, breaches and violations of the Sweden agreement in the Al-Duraihimi sector, achieving sweeping victories and inflicting heavy losses of lives and equipment.

The battles broke out on separate fronts in Hodeidah after the militias escalated the military and launched massive attacks, using tanks, artillery and missile missiles, and drones, and pushed thousands of fighters to the lines of contact to carry out armed attacks.

For his part, the commander of the Giants Brigades, Brigadier General Abd al-Rahman Abu Zar'ah al-Mahrami, confirmed that the militias had carried out a remarkable and significant military escalation on the coastal fronts, thus violating the international armistice on a large scale.

On Thursday evening, the militias committed a heinous crime against the people of the city of Hays after they targeted civilians with sniper weapons, which led to the death of a child, in the village of Dar Naji, and the district of Hais witnessed the explosion of a mine of militia remnants in the district, which killed a young man, while he was returning on board His bike from work to his family.

In addition, the prominent leader in the ranks of the militias and a member of the so-called Supreme Political Council, Muhammad Ali Al-Houthi, threatened to blow up the floating Safer reservoir, and its members in Al-Salif directed the preparation to carry out the mission, as the militias deployed their elements on the roof of the Safir Reservoir as a threat to detonate it.

In Al-Jawf, the army and tribal forces, with the great support of the Arab coalition fighters, thwarted a Houthi attack aimed at retaking the Al-Khanjar camp.

Meanwhile, the army and tribes forces continued their advance towards the district of Al-Hazm, the capital of the governorate, and Bir Al-Marazeeq region, and were able to liberate the area of ​​Khalil Al-Zor and the southern adjacent Tabab, with the great support of the coalition fighters.

On the other hand, the Houthi militia assassinated a senior Sheikh of Al-Jawf Governorate, named Abdul Raqeeb bin Zawyer Al-Marwani, in an armed ambush that was set for him in Al-Matoun District with two of his companions, after intensively shooting at them.

In Marib, the army and tribes forces, with the great support of the coalition fighters, continued to advance on the fronts of the districts of Rahba, Jabal Murad and al-Abdiya in the south of the governorate. The Houthis.

The army and tribes' forces had liberated “Hamra Grip heights, Jabal al-Kharaba, to the village of Al-Awshal, the towns of Al-Hamam and An-Nuqm, and the Najd Majma market, which has come under fire control.”

The Houthi militia had 91 of their dead, including 20 prominent leaders with different military ranks, among them Brigadier General Muhammad Nasser Azzan, Major Salem Saleh Abdo Al-Khishni, Colonel Amin Muhammad Al-Rakhmi, Captain Ibrahim Muhammad Al-Shami, Ahmed Abdel-Wahab Al-Khawlani, and Colonel Naji Yahya Dujriya.

On the same level, the Yemeni army forces announced the killing of about 550 Houthis, during the past week, on the battlefronts in Al-Jawf, Marib, Al-Dhale and Al-Hodeidah, including about 10 first-row field commanders, 120 secondary field leaders, in addition to the destruction of 30 various combat vehicles.

This support comes as a continuation of the humanitarian campaign carried out by the Emirates Red Crescent Authority to provide relief to Yemenis in rural, remote and impoverished areas, as part of the continuous support convoys for the people of the coast and villages of Taiz, within the second phase 2020 to alleviate their suffering and help them meet the requirements of life.
