Private schools in the Northern Emirates have canceled the evening education system "remotely" after implementing hybrid education, and linking classrooms directly to smart devices for students studying at home during the morning "remote" period.

The abolition of evening education came after a survey of students ’parents’ opinion, which included a choice between enrolling their children in hybrid education or “remote” morning education, as 30% of students registered in the hybrid system in the classroom and the rest of the students continued in morning education “remotely”.

"Emirates Today" monitored the interaction of students' families with the survey, as the majority of them supported canceling evening education "remotely" and integrating classroom students in the morning period "remotely", as it allows their children to focus on the explanation, and gives them a longer period of time for rest and review.

The students' families, Wasim al-Faisali, Nasser al-Rabi, Khaled al-Nabhan, and Ali al-Shayeb, confirmed that evening education "remotely" was causing their children to bored, and wasted time in reviewing their school materials.

They pointed out that they supported the transfer of evening students to the morning period, after some of their children in the foundation stage gradually returned to the classes within the hybrid education.

Administrators and supervisors in private schools in Ajman, Umm al-Quwain and Ras al-Khaimah, Rami Al-Saeed, Imad Abdul Shafi, and Raedah Harrah said that canceling evening education "remotely" came in the interest of students, and to relieve professional pressure on the educational staff, who continues to teach it during the morning and evening periods remotely. Since the beginning of the current academic year.

They explained that the decision to cancel evening education "remotely" was due to monitoring observations and complaints from teachers and students' families, including the students' feeling of boredom in the evening class, their inability to absorb well, and teachers' fatigue due to continuous teaching during the morning and evening periods of all school levels.

The morning classes started from nine in the morning and continued until one in the afternoon.

As for the evening period, it starts from three in the afternoon until seven in the evening.

They added that morning education "remotely" was linked to classes, with the return of hybrid education, so that the lessons were unified, which contributed to alleviating the burden on the educational staff, and giving the student a feeling that he was inside the classroom, pointing to conducting an opinion poll for students' families before the end of the semester The first is to identify the strengths and weaknesses of students, monitor any obstacles, and work to raise the level of students and give their families the necessary advice to help their children during the lessons "remotely".
