Coronavirus: Tar Sardinia suspends Solinas ordinance
Covid tests mandatory for Sardinia, the Government challenges the order

08 October 2020 After the urgent decree of the president of the Sardinian Tar, Dante D'Alessio, the first section of the Administrative Court also suspended, as a precautionary measure, the order of the Region of 11 September which obliged compulsory Covid tests for arrivals in Sardinia . The judges then confirmed what was decided by President D'Alessio. The decision of the TAR, which is not yet in court on the merits, could also have almost immediate repercussions on the extension of the ordinance signed last Tuesday by Governor Solinas which reintroduces the compulsory test until 23 October.
