"To date, to obtain information that could help restore the picture of what happened, more than 230 people were interviewed who had contact with Navalny during his stay in Tomsk and the Tomsk region or witnessed the route of his movement," the Interior Ministry said.

Also, the transport police are conducting additional verification measures in connection with the appearance in the media of various videos, comments and interviews with opinions about what happened to Navalny.

In addition, Interior Ministry officials are going to interview Maria Pevchikh, who accompanied Navalny in Tomsk.

According to the investigation, on August 22, Pevchikh flew to the Federal Republic of Germany.

Navalny was hospitalized on August 20 in Omsk after he fell ill on the plane from Tomsk to Moscow.
