His vehicle was found lying on its side.

Tuesday evening, around 11:30 p.m., a 61-year-old man was killed in a road accident on the departmental 177 between Rennes and Redon in Bruz (Ille-et-Vilaine).

Witnesses to the scene saw the vehicle lie down on the dual carriageway not far from the Ker Lann interchange.

They quickly intervened with the victim to rescue him and extract him from his car.

In cardiorespiratory arrest when emergency services arrived, the man could not be resuscitated.

He was declared dead on the spot by the SMUR doctor.

We do not yet know the circumstances of the loss of control of the car, which was obviously the only one involved.

The gendarmes lean for the thesis of unease, which remains to be confirmed.
