US guards have been charged for forcing prisoners to listen to unwanted songs.

According to the American ABC broadcast on the 7th, two prison guards and their supervisors from a prison in the southern state of Oklahoma in the United States were charged the day before (a misdemeanor crime) for having inmates listen to the sway ``baby shark'' repeatedly for hours after handcuffing them.

'Baby Shark' is a Korean nursery rhyme that was first introduced online two years ago, and it has gained great popularity around the world and has been viewed more than 6.7 billion times.

Children say that the song is bright and fun, but some point out that the overall lyrics and rhymes are repetitive and monotonous, making it boring to keep listening.

Two guards put at least four prisoners in handcuffs behind their backs from November to December of last year, leaned against the wall, and listened to the loud'Baby Shark' song for several hours.

Knowing this, the supervisor stood by.

These guards and supervisors retired shortly after the incident.

"I'm sorry I couldn't find a strong punishment for the bad things they did," said Oklahoma District Attorney. "I want to face severe punishment."

The local police also stressed that "we will not let the prison guards abuse the prisoners."
