After nine days of fighting which has continued to be more violent day by day, the balance sheet of the conflict is difficult to establish.
Neither side seems to have taken a decisive advantage.
Each clearly records hundreds of military deaths and a few dozen civilians, while Azerbaijan's territorial gains appear to be quite small despite clear military technological superiority.
The image battle over territorial gains is also raging.
The Azerbaijani Defense Ministry on Tuesday released videos showing "liberated" areas where the blue red green flag has been planted, with the crescent and the eight-pointed star in the middle.
This was particularly the case for ghost villages, abandoned for 30 years, in the district of Djebraïl, which is part of the occupied territories in the south of Nagorno-Karabakh.
In these videos, military equipment taken from the Armenian forces is also proudly displayed.
This Tuesday, the
fighting continued
with the same intensity as the previous days, especially in the south and north-east of the secessionist province.
And this despite the diplomatic efforts deployed and calls for "
an immediate cessation of hostilities and a ceasefire
" by in particular the OSCE Minsk group, co-chaired by the United States, France and Russia. .
