China insists on putting the people at the center, has solved the food and clothing problem of more than 1.4 billion people, and lifted 850 million people out of poverty.

China adheres to the supremacy of life, adopts the most stringent and thorough measures to prevent and control the epidemic, and has won a major victory in the fight against the epidemic.

China persists in overall planning and has issued three issues of the National Human Rights Action Plan, forming a complete human rights legal protection system.

China persists in safeguarding international fairness and justice, opposes interference in internal affairs, and speaks out for developing countries and upholds justice.

Zhang Jun emphasized that China resolutely safeguards national sovereignty, security and development interests.

Whether it is to promote the development of western regions such as Xinjiang, or to maintain the prosperity and stability of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, it is a practical need to maintain the rule of law, maintain national security, and safeguard the interests of the people, and is more in line with the common practice and practices of the international community.

We will unswervingly follow this path forward.

Zhang Jun said that China's human rights path was developed by the Chinese people themselves.

China's human rights achievements were made by the Chinese people themselves.

We welcome equal dialogue, but firmly oppose interference in internal affairs, double standards, and political confrontation.

There is no best for human rights, only better.

In the spirit of equality, respect, openness and tolerance, China is willing to continue to work with other countries to move towards the lofty ideal of "all people enjoy human rights."
