Private schools in the Northern Emirates monitored the failure of foundation stage students to adhere to the etiquette of the class "remotely", as their lessons were punctuated by childish behavior that raised the teachers' surprise and the laughter of their colleagues.

Including bringing a student in the first grade of elementary school her cat during the class «remote», and another insistence on the survival of her bride (the doll), by her side.

During the class, a student also engaged in eating sandwiches, triggering movements that sparked a wave of laughter among his classmates.

The supervisors considered the students' movements to be childish and innocent, but they asked their families to sit with them to control their behavior and make use of the class time as much as possible.

A supervisor at a private school that applies the American curriculum, Hoda Al-Rahmani, said that “the childish behavior of some students during the class distracts the attention of their classmates, as the student sometimes concentrates with his colleague more than he concentrates with the teacher, especially if the behavior he is making is sudden, or outside the framework of the behavior Usually familiar within the classes ».

She explained that a student in the first grade of elementary school brought her cat during the "remote" class and placed her on her lap in front of the screen, which caused her classmates to lose attention to explaining and focusing with the cat.

She added that she asked the child to turn off the camera and focus in the lesson, and to postpone playing with her cat until after the end of class.

She added that she later contacted the student's mother and advised her to sit with her child during the class, to ensure that she was not occupied with anything other than the lesson, because the class time is limited and it is difficult to repeat the explanation.

She indicated that the students ’behavior is childish and innocent, and sometimes the teachers interact with them to introduce fun into the classroom, so that the children do not feel bored.

A supervisor at a private school that applies the British curriculum, Nada Abdullah, said that the fact that mothers or fathers do not sit with their children during the class "remotely" leads to the child's feeling of boredom, and subsequently searches for any game or behavior that draws the attention of his colleagues.

She added that she does not mind bringing students their games with them, in case that is a reason to bring fun to their souls during the class, and to enhance their interaction with the explanation.

But she is afraid of increasing the matter to its limit, explaining that "this is what happens often, as the student continues to play during the class, distracting the attention of his colleagues and losing them focus."

She stated that one of the students brought her "bride" with her in front of the computer screen, and she sat her next to her, and began treating her as if she were her daughter.

She stressed the importance of interacting with the students' desires and understanding their relationship with their games, and their favorite things, in order to attract them to the class and not be alienated from it, provided that this does not take more than a few minutes, because the basis is the study.

The supervisor of the kindergarten department in a private school that applies the American curriculum, Mona Al-Wakeel, emphasized the difficulty of controlling the behavior of foundation stage students during the course "remotely".

She added that she monitors the lessons daily to draw the teachers 'attention to the students' behavior, and to work on developing them in a way that raises their educational level.

She explained, "If the student feels bored with the class, it is natural for him to be busy playing games, and he may try to draw the attention of his classmates by opening his mouth or changing the features of his face, in a funny way, or eating food and sweets during the class."

She added that the teachers ’control of the class must be accompanied by monitoring by their families by sitting with them during the class, and following them up to ensure that they raise their educational level and develop their abilities.

Not sitting mothers or fathers with their children during the "remote" class makes them bored.
