Al-Kindi confirmed that social media comparisons are a dangerous behavioral problem that many people do not pay attention to. Al-Kindi said that the basis of treatment for this dangerous problem is cognitive and behavioral rehabilitation, to work to change those convictions, noting that this must begin at an early stage through the correct normal upbringing, before the child reaches adolescence, by strengthening his self-confidence and his family and consolidating He has feelings of contentment, and his awareness that every person has his own circumstances, and he should not compare himself to others in a subjective manner.

She added that she and the management team are keen to educate parents about how to continuously communicate with children and not leave them to social media, because it is gradually becoming an alternative for parents.
