AFP news agency reported that Kenzo Takada, a Japanese fashion designer and founder of the brand ``Kenzo,'' died from Corona 19.

A spokesman for Kenzo said on the 4th local time that Kenzo died at the age of 81 in a hospital in Paris, France.

Born in Japan, Kenzo moved to Paris when he was in his twenties, and achieved great success with designs combining Japanese and French cultures, such as creating a brand called Kenzo featuring floral patterns.

Kenzo retired six years after selling the brand Kenzo to Louis Vuitton in 1993.
