“The circumstances of an accident involving a KamAZ truck and a Nissan car are being established at about 15:30 Moscow time on the 118th km of the Krasnodar - Yeisk highway.
A criminal case was initiated under Part 5 of Art.
264 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (“Violation of traffic rules by a person driving a car, resulting in the death of two or more persons through negligence,” Interfax reports.
It is specified that as a result of emergency braking, the truck drove into the oncoming lane and collided with a car.
Earlier in Nizhny Tagil, six people were injured as a result of a car hitting pedestrians.
