During the summer, relatives have been able to meet the residents of Tallbacken outdoors.

There have been prepared environments and also a slogbod where you could see and light a fire for a little cooler days.

But now they are also planning for a solution so that the elderly will soon be able to meet their relatives indoors again.

- We work to prepare a larger room where we can ensure the restrictions with the right distance and so on.

We have also looked at whether you can enter a back road, so you do not have to pass through the entire nursing home, says Monica Estenberg, unit manager at Tallbacken.

97-year-old Nils Dufva has lived at Tallbacken for about three months.

During those months, he has only been allowed to meet his relatives outdoors.

- It has been nice, we have drunk coffee and talked, he says.
