The list is published in the Official Journal of the EU.

The sanctions list includes Alexander Ganov, General Director of Grand Service Express, and Leonid Ryzhenkin, Deputy General Director of Infrastructure Projects at Stroygazmontazh.

The sanctions also included Lenpromtransproekt, the Berkakit-Tommot-Yakutsk Railway Construction Directorate, the Crimean Railway, and the Crimean First Insurance Company.

In January 2020, the US Treasury expanded its sanctions against Russia. The updated list includes a company - an operator of long-distance trains to Crimea and eight individuals, almost all of them - in connection with the elections held on the peninsula in 2019.
