The summary judge of the Rennes administrative court ordered the suspension of the execution of the prefectural decree, which aimed to prohibit the reception of the public in sports halls and gymnasiums in the metropolis of Ille-et -Ugly.
Rennes sports halls won their case before the administrative court on Thursday, the latter having suspended the closure of these establishments by prefectural decree.
The summary judge ordered the suspension of the execution of article 4 of the order of the Prefect of Ille-et-Vilaine.
It planned to ban the reception of the public in sports halls and gymnasiums located on the territory of Rennes Métropole until October 10, 2020, due to the resurgence of the coronavirus epidemic.
