School administrations affirmed that the hybrid education system is new, as schools still measure its effectiveness, and students and parents accept it, pointing to many challenges facing the school and teachers in its implementation, most notably providing a balance between direct and distance education students, during the giving of lessons.

In detail, the relatives of students: Fatima Fathi, Mervat Muhammad and Ibrahim Al-Nasser emphasized the increase in the study loads and the daily follow-up of their children, indicating that they chose hybrid education, so that they could receive education as required, but they spend long hours with them every day to help them solve their homework, indicating that teachers or The teachers do not accept answering the questions of their children during the lessons, because the class is given to two groups at the same time, and they ask to address them through the message box, demanding the setting up of a new mechanism that reduces the study burdens on students and their families.

They indicated that they perform teaching tasks for their children that are parallel to the role of teachers, attributing this to the division of class time between distance education students, direct education, and the lack of balance between the two sides, as the bulk of the teacher’s focus is on the student in the classroom.

And they considered that the students' lack of response during the lessons confused them, calling for the allocation of a platform for each school, to know the opinions of parents about hybrid education and the problems they face because of it.

He indicated that the teacher is interacting between the two parties, and that the real challenge facing schools, currently, is the method of communicating information to the student, and the student’s acceptance of the educational process, despite the length of time he spends sitting on the electronic device, or inside the classroom, pointing to the importance of parents ’awareness of this stage To overcome it and benefit the student.
