He supported the UN Secretary-General António Guterres' call for an immediate ceasefire, and fully supported the OSCE (Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe), which has been the mediator of conflict resolution between the two countries, to play a central role. We urge both countries to work with the OSCE to resume dialogue.
