China News Service, September 30. According to the website of the Chinese Embassy in New Zealand, since September 3, since the implementation of the check-in measures for passengers traveling to China with a negative nucleic acid test, the vast majority of passengers have been able to follow the instructions of the embassy on August 26. Daily notification requires that a negative nucleic acid test report be submitted, and a green health code (hereinafter referred to as the nucleic acid code) or health status statement with the "HS" logo should be applied in time.

In order to further improve work efficiency, the embassies and consulates in New Zealand combined with the problems found in the implementation process, remind the following:

  1. Long-distance travel is one of the main ways for the spread of the new crown pneumonia epidemic. It is recommended to insist on "non-essential, no travel" and minimize long-distance travel and cross-border movement.

If you really need to go to China, please try to choose direct flights.

  2. It is recommended to minimize unnecessary outings, especially gathering activities, and take personal protection after completing the nucleic acid test and before boarding the plane.

If you have symptoms of discomfort before boarding the plane, in a responsible attitude towards yourself and others, please stop your travel arrangements to China and seek medical treatment in time.

  3. Do not forge or tamper with the nucleic acid test certificate, otherwise the certificate is invalid and you must bear the corresponding legal responsibility.

  4. Persons traveling to China are requested not to perform nucleic acid testing too early, lest the validity period of the relevant certificate cannot cover the flight date to China, resulting in failure to successfully apply for the nucleic acid code or health status statement.

  5. Starting from October 1st, when applying for a nucleic acid code or a declaration of health status, a person going to China must submit a test report issued by a testing agency (laboratory).

  (1) The embassy or consulate will calculate the validity period of the nucleic acid code or health status statement based on the date of issuance of the report of the testing institution (laboratory).

It is recommended to ask the sampling medical institution (such as family doctors, clinics, emergency centers, etc.), or directly to the testing institution (laboratory) for the testing institution (laboratory) report that clearly includes the date of issuance of the report.

  (2) If there is no clear date of issuance on the report of the testing institution (laboratory), the latest date on the report shall prevail.

  (3) The date of sending and printing the report of the testing institution (laboratory), and the date of receipt of the laboratory report by other medical institutions (such as family doctors, clinics, emergency centers, etc.), or the date of issuing a report based on the contents of the laboratory report It cannot be used as the starting date of the validity period of the nucleic acid code or health statement.

  6. Please make sure that the name and date of birth on the negative test certificate are consistent with the travel document held by the passenger.
