Previously, Attefallshus was only allowed to be 25 square meters, but earlier this year the maximum area was raised to 30 square meters.
An investment is now starting in that these houses will start to be rented out via Bostadsförmedlingen.
The homeowner must invest in the house itself and then lease out part of his land to a company which in turn rents out the home to a tenant and is responsible for all administration.
