September 29, 2020 - Fiat Chrysler will pay 9.5 million dollars after an agreement with the SEC, the US equivalent of Consob, on the investigation launched by the authority on emissions.



This was announced by the automotive group, underlining that the SEC "announced that it has reached an agreement with FCA that closes the investigation of the SEC regarding certain disclosures on emissions that FCA made at the beginning of 2016. The agreement provides for a payment 9.5 million dollars ".
