  The Russian media quoted a press bulletin issued by the Press Bureau of the Russian Ministry of Defense, saying that a "Soyuz-2.1b" carrier rocket moved from Arkhangel in northwestern Russia at 14:20 on the 28th Moscow time (19:20 Beijing time). Launched from the Plesetsk launch site in the Skok Region, the rocket carried 3 "Messenger-M" communication satellites and 19 microsatellites.

At present, all satellites have successfully entered the predetermined orbit.

  According to the report, this is the first time Russia has used the "Soyuz-2.1b" carrier rocket to launch the "Messenger-M" satellite this year.

  The "Messenger" series of satellites constitute Russia's only low-orbit mobile communication satellite system, which can exchange and relay information on a global scale, and can transmit GLONASS navigation coordinate data of moving targets to a remote monitoring center.
