China News Service, September 29. According to AFP, Afghan officials said that on the 29th local time, at least 14 civilians, including women and children, died in a bomb attack in central Afghanistan.

  Tariq Arian, spokesman for the Afghan Ministry of Interior, said in a statement that 7 women, 5 children and 2 men died in the incident and their cars were bombed while driving.

  Arian said three other children were injured.

No organization has claimed responsibility for the incident.

  According to a report issued by the United Nations in July, in the first half of 2020, "deliberate attacks" against civilians in Afghanistan caused more than 800 civilian casualties.
