It is specified that in the draft statement the Russian parliamentarians urge the parties to the conflict in Karabakh to return to the negotiation process.
They also declare their readiness to provide intermediary assistance in stabilizing the situation.
Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry called on the parties to the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict to immediately cease fire and begin negotiations.
