"The President of Azerbaijan signed a decree declaring partial mobilization in Azerbaijan," the press service of the head of the republic, Ilham Aliyev, told RIA Novosti.
It is noted that the order is valid from the date of signing.
On September 27, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced that the government of the country, in connection with the aggravation of the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, introduced martial law in the country and announced a general mobilization of the reserve.
