Ibrahim Rashid, director of the Emirates Global Charitable Activities Office in the Palestinian Territories, says, “The medical hearing aid project was launched to touch the needs of the deaf and end their suffering, in light of their poor financial conditions and their inability to purchase hearing aids, which cost 2,500 shekels each.
He added, "The project to provide medical stethoscopes will remain ongoing, to include the largest number of deaf people, in all regions and cities of the Palestinian territories, in the Holy City of Jerusalem, the Gaza Strip, and the cities of the West Bank."
