It is emphasized that citizens are obliged to observe social distance and mask mode when using public transport, taxis and when visiting crowded places.
The headquarters also clarified that citizens returning from abroad must observe the isolation regime until they receive the result of PCR testing for coronavirus.
Earlier, the governor of Kuzbass extended the restrictions imposed due to the threat of the spread of coronavirus until October 31.
