According to him, from tomorrow the fire hazardous season in the lands of the forest fund will be closed.
He noted that the Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Emergency Situations were instructed to identify each case of fire.
“To date, 197 administrative and three criminal cases have been brought against the perpetrators,” RIA Novosti quoted Kolodeznikov as saying.
He added that the regional government is working out the issue of compensation for hay to affected farmers.
Earlier, the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources Dmitry Kobylkin commented on the situation with forest fires.
