On the other hand, we reported on the suspicion that retirees carried technical data from the Defense Science Research Institute, which develops various military technologies for our military, but the number of investigation targets is increasing.

There are 23 people being investigated by the police right now, but when the researcher conducted self-investigation, an additional 46 people were identified with the problem.

So, in total, it can increase to almost 70 people.

This is the exclusive report by reporter Hak-Hwi Kim.

"As many as hundreds of thousands of cases of one person retiring from retirement, allegations of stealing these technologies without permission have been caught."

After the SBS report that more than 20 retirees were suspected of leaking confidentiality, the Defense Science Research Institute, ADD conducted a self-investigation of all 1,079 retirees for about four years since January 2016.

In addition to the 23 people already under investigation by the police, the investigation found 46 additional retirees suspected of leaking confidentiality.

Even though it was confirmed that a large amount of data was transmitted to a portable storage medium before retirement, they are retirees who avoid investigation or have suspicion.

ADD officials said that 26 people in particular are suspicious of crimes, and that one retiree appears to have leaked 30,000 to 40,000 secrets.

The Defense Science Research Institute is scheduled to request the police for investigation of these 46 as early as tomorrow.

ADD also conducted an investigation on current workers this time, and found 123 employees who violate security regulations, such as carrying laptops outside the lab without permission or copying business-related materials without permission.

The Defense Science Research Institute decided to discipline 28 people who were judged to be at risk of data leakage, and warn the remaining 95.
